The acclaimed chef, author, and restaurateur is the new Executive Chef of the Forbes Four-Star property with the duty of overseeing all its culinary operations.
In his new role, Worsley will oversee the Rooms Division with a strong emphasis on personalisation, operational excellence, and service culture transformation.
He previously worked at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, where he served as cluster general manager overseeing Hilton’s portfolio on the island.
Her journey with Hilton began in culinary leadership and progressed to executive chef and later senior operational roles across Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and the UAE.
His path to Le Méridien Dubai has been shaped by leadership roles at some of the region’s most respected hospitality brands, including Raffles The Palm Dubai, Address Hotels and Resorts, and Armani Hotel Dubai, Burj Khalifa.
Gregory will officially take the reins by 5 August, bringing a wealth of franchising and multi-market expertise to the brand.
A key strategic priority for Demiroz will be overseeing significant new developments at the resort, including the upcoming launch of the Solenna Villas and the addition of Royal and Executive Villas.
