Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah promotes Roxanne Castillo to hotel Manager to strengthen operations 

 UAE – Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah has appointed Roxanne Castillo as hotel manager, reinforcing its leadership team with an experienced Hilton executive known for her operational expertise and culinary-driven leadership approach. 

Roxanne Castillo most recently served as director of operations in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The appointment to be the new hotel Manager serves as part of an internal portfolio move within Hilton as it strives to strengthen operational performance and guest experience across all its properties in Dubai. 

During her tenure at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Castillo led several hotel projects including a major refurbishment programme that modernized key facilities and strengthened the hotel’s positioning among Dubai’s established beachfront destinations. 

Castillo also served as senior operational leader at Hilton Doha. This makes her exceptional for the role as she brings valuable regional experience.  

While there, she contributed to major international event delivery, improved online travel agency rankings, and enhanced food and beverage performance. 

Her journey with Hilton began in culinary leadership and progressed to executive chef and later senior operational roles across Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and the UAE.  

This has significantly shaped her leadership style, with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and delivering memorable guest experiences. 

Her value is reflected in the signature venues under her leadership, including Trader Vic’s and Society Lounge, that have achieved notable commercial success and industry recognition. 

In her new position, Castillo will oversee daily hotel operations. She is also expected to bring her expertise to benefit the property’s ongoing growth and enhance service delivery standards. 

Castillo is passionate about talent development and especially advancing women in hospitality leadership. Throughout her career, she has actively supported succession planning initiatives and worked to foster inclusive, high-performing teams. 

As Hilton continues to expand its presence in key Middle East hospitality markets, it is important that its leadership continues to reflect the company’s set standards and culture. The appointment of Castillo seeks to establish exactly that.
