Roxanne Castillo most recently served as director of operations in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The appointment to be the new hotel Manager serves as part of an internal portfolio move within Hilton as it strives to strengthen operational performance and guest experience across all its properties in Dubai.
During her tenure at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Castillo led several hotel projects including a major refurbishment programme that modernized key facilities and strengthened the hotel’s positioning among Dubai’s established beachfront destinations.
Castillo also served as senior operational leader at Hilton Doha. This makes her exceptional for the role as she brings valuable regional experience.
While there, she contributed to major international event delivery, improved online travel agency rankings, and enhanced food and beverage performance.
