Nader Halim appointed to lead Dubai’s landmark beachfront Hilton hotels 

He previously worked at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, where he served as cluster general manager overseeing Hilton’s portfolio on the island.

UAE –Nader Halim has been appointed cluster general manager of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk, marking an important leadership move aimed at shaping the future of two of Dubai’s most established beachfront hotels. 

Nader Halim is a seasoned professional that brings 25 years of hospitality leadership experience across the Middle East to the role.  

He previously worked at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, where he served as cluster general manager overseeing Hilton’s portfolio on the island. While here, he consistently exceeded revenue and occupancy targets, securing partnerships with global events such as the IIFA Awards and the Future Hospitality Summit, elevating their profile on the international stage. 

Halim has been tasked with leading the next phase of growth for Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to reposition the hotel into a modern lifestyle, dining and social destination while preserving its strong 25-year legacy. 

Working alongside its sister property, Hilton Dubai The Walk, Halim will focus on enhancing guest experiences through creativity, stronger community connections and innovative programming designed to keep the hotels relevant in an increasingly competitive market. 

Halim led more than 800 team members and championed initiatives that promoted inclusion and sustainability.  

He also introduced environmentally conscious projects such as on-site beehives and hydroponic vertical farms, helping supply fresh ingredients to hotel restaurants while supporting sustainability goals. 

Commenting on his appointment, Halim said he was honored to lead two iconic properties into their next phase. 

 “Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk have long been powered by passionate, talented teams, and I look forward to working alongside them as we transform our properties for the future. Our focus will remain on creating meaningful moments for guests and fostering a culture where every team member can thrive,” he said. 

In addition to his new responsibilities, Halim has also taken on the role of area general manager for Dubai South and Salalah, expanding his leadership across key regional destinations. 

His appointment signals Hilton’s continued focus on experienced leadership to drive innovation, strengthen guest engagement and position its Dubai beachfront hotels as leading lifestyle destinations in one of the world’s most dynamic tourism markets.
