Four Seasons Resort Nevis appoints Mahmoud Mohamed as new Resort Manager
With this appointment, Mahmoud will be very valuable to the Resort’s team thanks to his operational expertise, personalised service and his unique cross‑cultural hospitality.
St. KITTS & NEVIS – Mahmoud Mohamed has been announced as the new Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, bringing on board over two decades of experience.
The new resort manager will oversee all operational duties of the Resort and also participate in Four Seasons Resort Nevis local government, residential and community affairs engagements.
Mahmoud’s journey
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo was Mahmoud’s launching point.
While there, he learnt the art of luxury service, got selected for the Manager in Training (MIT) Program at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, and later ended up at Four Seasons Resort Whistler and Four Seasons Hotel Houston.
The experience he got from this career progression influenced and developed his future leadership roles.
Mahmoud has also been a Director of Rooms at both Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and the Forbes Five‑Star Fairmont Pacific Rim, which gives him a hands -on experience in fast paced luxury environments.
Academic qualifications
Mahmoud graduated from Cornell Executive Education University in Ithaca, New York where he focused on the General Manager Program (GMP) which solidified his qualification for senior executive leadership.
He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Cairo University.
Leadership
Mahmoud’s leadership style emphasizes empathy, service that anticipates guests’ needs and the creation of memorable guest experiences.
