The hotel will be developed under a management agreement with Eagle Real Estate Investment Trust (Eagle REIT), a development-focused REIT specializing in high-quality assets across tourism, hospitality, health, retail, and residential sectors.

One of Jewalikar’s primary objectives is to champion culinary innovation, introducing fresh approaches to menu design, food presentation, and guest interaction.
