Drishti Mistry appointed Cluster Digital Marketing Manager for Novotel, Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha at age 24

At only 24, Drishti has become the youngest member of the management team, overseeing the complete marketing strategy for two of Accor’s flagship properties in Dubai.

UAE – Accor has announced the appointment of Drishti Mistry as the new Cluster Digital Marketing Manager for Novotel Dubai Al Barsha and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha.

At just 24 years old, Drishti has become the youngest member of the management team, tasked with leading the full marketing strategy for two of Accor’s flagship properties in Dubai.

Drishti now oversees digital campaigns and marketing initiatives across 666 rooms, four food and beverage venues, 11 meeting spaces, and wellness facilities.

Her role is critical in ensuring a consistent and unified brand presence at every guest touchpoint, enhancing guest engagement and driving business growth for both properties.

She will also spearhead initiatives to expand the properties’ digital footprint, increase direct bookings, and build lasting customer relationships.

She brings to the role a proven track record in performance-driven marketing and digital innovation.

During her tenure at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, Drishti revolutionized the hotel’s marketing approach by launching innovative F&B concepts and executing sold-out seasonal activations, delivering record-breaking results through high-ROI digital campaigns.

Her leadership also significantly boosted the hotel’s online reputation and helped it secure its first-ever industry awards.

Drishti’s career began with Accor, where she progressed from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Executive, supporting multiple properties including Mövenpick JVT, Novotel JVT, Adagio JVT, Pullman Sharjah, and Marjan Island Resort & Spa in Ras Al Khaimah.

It was during this period she discovered her passion for hospitality marketing, developing a strong foundation that blends creativity with a data-driven strategic approach.

Now, three years later, Drishti returns to Accor in an elevated leadership role. She brings not only her expertise and enthusiasm but also a strong track record of successfully optimizing marketing performance and enhancing brand visibility.

Her appointment reflects Accor’s commitment to nurturing emerging talent and investing in dynamic leaders who can innovate and deliver exceptional results.
