SAUDI ARABIA – W Hotels will launch its first Saudi Arabian property this spring with the opening of the 210-room W Riyadh – KAFD.
Situated in the landmark King Abdullah Financial District, the hotel is poised to become a dynamic social nucleus for the city’s evolving creative and business scenes.

The new hotel, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio, will feature 210 guestrooms, which include 17 suites, two penthouses, and the exclusive W Penthouse.
Its design and programming are conceived to inject a new, expressive rhythm into the capital, offering an immersive take on modern luxury.
General Manager Janine Gerlich stated that the hotel is crafted with intention and energy to meet Riyadh’s incredible appetite for bold new spaces, where creativity, individuality, and connection are paramount.
