UAE – ALAIN and Rove Hotels have unveiled Rove Home Meydan Horizon, a contemporary residential development in Dubai’s Meydan Horizon community.
This launch blends Rove’s dynamic design with ALAIN’s community expertise, offering 190 furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The project features smart layouts and modern finishes tailored for urban lifestyles. Residents enjoy wellness-focused amenities including a pool, gym, jogging track, yoga studio, and jacuzzi.
A 2km lagoon and green spaces surround the development, fostering outdoor activities. Additional facilities include co-working areas, a café, and an outdoor cinema for social gatherings.
Khaled Alkhoori, ALAIN’s Managing Director, described the project as an aspirational living destination.
He highlighted its prime location and comprehensive amenities in a connected neighborhood. Alkhoori emphasized ALAIN’s focus on lifestyle offerings across midscale to luxury tiers.
Paul Bridger, Rove Hotels’ COO, stressed creating spaces for connections and creativity. He noted the effortless living enabled by smart designs and Rove’s signature service.
Meydan Horizon provides easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Proximity to Downtown Dubai enhances appeal for professionals and families.
This marks ALAIN’s entry into Rove-branded residences, following partnerships with Address Hotels and Vida. OCTA serves as master broker for sales starting this month.
The development aligns with Dubai’s urban growth, promoting sustainable living and community vibrancy.
Rove Hotels continues aggressive hospitality investments beyond Rove Home Meydan Horizon, aligning with its strategy for lifestyle-driven developments across the GCC.
In September 2025, Rove launched HQ by Rove in Dubai’s Business Bay, a 120,000 sq ft flexible office space blending workspaces with wellness amenities.
The project features modular offices, private courtyards, a gym, padel courts, lap pool, jacuzzi, and food hall. Positioned near Marasi Bay Marina, it offers Burj Khalifa views and connectivity to major roads, targeting hybrid work trends.
Rove’s pipeline includes Rove Mina Seyahi near Jumeirah Beach, a Dubai Parks property, and Rove King Abdullah Economic City in Saudi Arabia. These ventures expand beyond UAE, aiming for 10,000 rooms regionally within five years.
Upcoming branded residences and hotels emphasize youthful design, sustainability, and community focus. Rove’s joint ventures with Emaar and Meraas support scalable growth in urban hubs.
This diversification—from residences and hotels to co-working—reinforces Rove’s vision of integrated living, working, and leisure spaces, capturing Dubai’s dynamic market evolution.
