Aleph Hospitality celebrates a decade of growth, operating 50 hotels across the Middle East, Africa in 2025

Aleph’s milestones include opening a regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and managing the landmark Jewel of the Creek complex, which features 20,000sqm of retail, an 86-berth marina, and two branded hotels totaling 770 rooms: Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences and Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek.

UAE – Aleph Hospitality celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking a significant expansion from managing a single hotel in 2015 to 50 hotels operating across 39 cities in 23 countries throughout the Middle East and Africa by 2025.

Based in Dubai, Aleph disrupted traditional hotel management models long before global competitors entered the region.

It has evolved into the largest independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, driven by market foresight, scalable operations, regional expertise, and a focus on maximizing owner returns.

The company’s success is attributed to its close collaboration with hotel owners, with over 60% entrusting multiple properties to Aleph’s management.

In 2025, Aleph secured the region’s largest hotel management portfolio deal with African Hotel Development Group, managing 26 ONOMO-branded hotels across 15 African countries.

The same year, Aleph was named Leading Hotel Management Company at the Leaders in Hospitality Awards 2025 by Hotel & Catering Middle East.

This is the first regional project where Aleph manages two different brands with clustered support functions.

In 2026, Aleph plans to open four new regional offices in Casablanca (Morocco), Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), Cape Town (South Africa), and Nairobi (Kenya).

The company announced a Luxury Division to cater specifically to its growing portfolio of luxury properties. Having reached its 50-hotel target in 2025, Aleph has set a new ambitious goal to operate 100 hotels by 2029.

Founder Bani Haddad credits Aleph’s success to a clear, forward-looking vision and resilience in pioneering a new business model in the region.

Executive Director Neil George added that Aleph’s efforts have educated the market and established a trusted, owner-centric hotel management approach focused on local insight and world-class service.

Aleph Hospitality manages a diverse portfolio of over 7,000 rooms, working as franchise operators for major brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Best Western, Rotana, Wyndham, and Onomo, as well as independent hotels under white-label agreements.
