Dream Hotels & Resorts adds two Botswana safari lodges, expanding Southern African footprint

BOTSWANA – Dream Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge and Nogatsaa Pans Lodge in Botswana effective 1 March 2026, marking a strategic expansion into the premium wilderness segment of Southern Africa’s safari market.

The two properties, privately owned by the Kader Family, offer distinctly different experiences, one perched on a rare elevated hilltop with sweeping Savuti views, the other tucked into the remote Nogatsaa pans for truly exclusive Big Five sightings away from vehicle convoys.

Where Eagles Dare: Ghoha Hills’ Unrivaled Vantage

Situated in the game-rich Savuti area, often called the heart of Chobe National Park, Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge enjoys a rare and elevated hilltop position with sweeping panoramic views.

Unlike most lodges set on the plains, it stands as one of the few properties in Botswana offering such a commanding vantage point.

Wildlife enthusiasts and photographers flock here for wide sightlines and a distinctive perspective over the Savuti landscape, where predators prowl and elephants kick up dust against endless horizons.

Nogatsaa Pans Lodge opens doors to the remote Nogatsaa pans area of Chobe National Park, a landscape of open plains, seasonal waterholes, and large elephant herds.

Truly remote and uncrowded, Big Five sightings here aren’t shared with convoys of open safari vehicles from neighboring lodges.
