The platform provides a single interface for employees to order from multiple vendors, including food trucks, pop-ups, workplace cafés, and catering operations, while coordinating fulfillment across these different providers.

USA – Corporate food service operator City Flavor has acquired Kyoo.tech, a multi-merchant ordering platform, to launch a unified nationwide solution for workplace dining.
The acquired technology has been rebranded as Order With Flavor, representing a strategic move to elevate the in-office food experience to match consumer-grade convenience and choice.
Addressing the Workplace Dining Experience Gap
The acquisition is driven by the belief that employees should not have to compromise on their ordering experience while at work.
City Flavor and Order With Flavor CEO Travis Pillon stated that Kyoo.tech’s technology allows them to accelerate the delivery of a fast, intuitive ordering system designed specifically for the scale and complexity of corporate campuses.
Chief Technology Officer Weston Stewart-Tennes emphasized that with more employees required on-site, the bar for convenience and quality must match what is available in the consumer world, which is the core mission of the new platform.
A Unified Platform for Complex Corporate Ecosystems
The Order With Flavor platform is engineered to simplify the fragmented nature of workplace food service.
It provides a single interface for employees to order from multiple vendors—including food trucks, pop-ups, workplace cafés, and catering operations—while coordinating fulfillment across these different providers.
The platform integrates with Square to streamline the checkout process, aiming for a seamless user experience. By merging Kyoo.tech’s technological backbone with City Flavor’s operational expertise, the company plans to deploy this integrated system at scale across its national client base.
A Strategic Investment in a Growing Market
City Flavor has committed to allocating significant resources to the continued development of the platform’s technology and product roadmap. CEO Travis Pillon confirmed aggressive ongoing investment, stating, “this is where the market is going.”
The move signals a major consolidation in the corporate food tech space, as operators seek to provide comprehensive digital solutions that control the entire user journey.
This strategy not only enhances service for existing clients but also positions City Flavor as a more competitive, technology-forward partner for businesses looking to improve their onsite amenities and employee satisfaction in an era of evolving workplace norms.
