In Dubai, the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel is set to reopen in Q1 2026 following a complete redesign of its 252 rooms and suites.
The upgrade introduces contemporary décor, expansive rooms, and elegant suites with private pools and balconies.
Its central location makes it perfect for business travelers and city explorers. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Ziya, promises stylish brunches and international cuisine in a vibrant setting, adding to Dubai’s dynamic hospitality scene.
In Oman, Tivoli La Vie Muscat is scheduled to open its doors in Q2 2026, debuting as the group’s first Tivoli property in the country.
The hotel will feature 79 refined rooms and 100 fully serviced residences inspired by Oman’s rich culture.
