Radisson Residences Taghazout Bay strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio in Morocco and North Africa, delivering a new way to embrace coastal living with open-air freedom and seamless resort-style comfort.

MOROCCO – Radisson Hotel Group has launched Radisson Residences Taghazout Bay, located in the heart of Morocco’s renowned surf capital.

Nestled on scenic hills overlooking the Atlantic, this new property features 208 modern serviced apartments spread across 12 low-rise buildings in soft beige tones that harmoniously blend with the coastal environment.

Each apartment, ranging from two to three bedrooms, includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and a private terrace or balcony.

Families and groups enjoy independence paired with Radisson’s Scandinavian-inspired hospitality, which emphasizes calm simplicity and functionality.

Strategically situated only steps from the world-class Tazegzout Golf course and two minutes by shuttle from the beach, the Residences are a perfect base for relaxation and adventure.

Taghazout Village, known for its vibrant surf culture and coastal cafés, lies just ten minutes away.

Amenities include two outdoor pools, one centrally located as a social hub and an ocean-facing infinity pool with panoramic Atlantic views, a padel court, and a kids’ play area.

Guests also have access to nearby attractions such as the Targant Museum, Taghazout Skatepark, and Souk El Had market, with off-the-beaten-path experiences including sunset sandboarding at the Timlalin Dunes and fresh seafood at Imi Ouaddar port.

Radisson Hotel Group is aggressively expanding in Morocco, targeting a portfolio of 25 hotels by 2030, up from 11 operational and under-construction properties.

Key cities such as Casablanca and Marrakech feature prominently, with flagship openings like Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle underway.

The Group has signed seven new hotels in strategic destinations including Al Hoceima, Saïdia, and Taghazout, adding over 1,600 rooms to its Moroccan portfolio.

Projects in Casablanca include two hotels in Casablanca Finance City, with the Radisson Blu Hotel & Apartments and Radisson RED hotel slated to open in early 2028.
