SAUDI ARABIA – Shaza Hotels has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for four key projects during the inaugural TOURISE 2025 summit in Riyadh.
The developments include Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort, Mysk Residences Riyadh, and Mysk Al Haramain Hotels – 3 & 4 in Makkah.
Additionally, Shaza revealed a global project pipeline worth US$950 million across markets such as Maldives, Turkey, Kuwait, Indonesia, Iraq, the USA, Kenya, and Libya.
Shaza collaborates with prominent investment groups including Al Rajhi Investments Saudi Arabia, Adante Realty Oman, and FSM Hospitality Company Saudi Arabia to bring these projects to fruition.
Simon Coombs, President and CEO, highlighted the diversity and strategic nature of the new ventures, designed to serve distinct segments from business travelers to pilgrims.
Vice President Shaji Abu Salih emphasized the alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on leveraging key growth corridors and diversifying offerings to encompass business, leisure, long-term stays, and spiritual tourism.
The Mysk Residences Riyadh offers 58 boutique aparthotel keys with amenities like a gym, pool, 24-hour café, and in-room dining, located near Riyadh International Airport and major developments.
Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort is a 63,500 sqm equestrian-themed destination featuring a club with 100 horse boxes, professional arenas, walking and cycling tracks, bungalow units, a spa, paddle courts, water park, and dining venues.
Mysk Al Haramain Hotels – 3 & 4 in Makkah comprise 264 and 182 keys respectively, located minutes from the Holy Masjid al-Haram, providing cafes, dining, prayer rooms, and shuttle service catering to pilgrims.
Together, these projects reflect Shaza’s mission to deliver authentic Arabian hospitality experiences while expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia’s vibrant tourism and hospitality sector.
