His broad regional expertise covers the Middle East, North Africa, and West Africa, enabling him to lead complex hotel projects with a strategic and data-driven approach.

Throughout his career, Mr. El Moudni has successfully overseen hotel pre-openings, conversions, and rebrandings while managing multi-property portfolios.

His expertise in implementing cost optimization strategies has consistently driven sustainable profitability in some of the hospitality industry’s most competitive markets.

In his capacity as Director of Finance, Mr. El Moudni will oversee the resort’s financial operations, focusing on advancing risk management frameworks, strengthening financial governance, and boosting long-term value creation.
