Russell Dillon, the new Cluster Director of Sales, brings over 20 years of global hospitality experience from the UAE, Asia, and Europe.
Known for driving revenue growth and strengthening brand visibility, Russell will focus on amplifying JA’s hallmark guest experiences while fostering sustainable business growth across the cluster’s properties.
Taking charge as Director of Food & Beverage, Stuart King offers 25 years of extensive experience, rising through the ranks in Scotland’s family-run hospitality sector.
His expertise lies in creating dynamic, guest-centered dining concepts that complement JA’s warm and authentic hospitality. Stuart recently relocated to Dubai to bring his vision and leadership to JA’s diverse culinary venues.
Lara Abou Harb joins as Cluster Director of Revenue with more than 12 years of luxury hospitality experience in the Middle East.
Having previously held senior roles at Shangri-La in Muscat and Millennium Place Mirdif, Lara will spearhead revenue optimization strategies, driving profitability while promoting collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.
