Mandarin Oriental announces first dedicated golf resort, branded residences in Dubai

UAE – Mandarin Oriental is set to make a landmark debut in Dubai with its first dedicated golf resort and branded residences at Jumeirah Golf Estates, scheduled to open in 2030.

The property promises a sanctuary where expansive space, wellness, and nature intertwine, designed to meet the needs of both guests and residents seeking holistic luxury.

The resort will include 121 spacious rooms and suites, complemented by 97 branded residences ranging from three to six-bedroom villas.

These residences feature private leisure amenities such as pools, fitness spaces, and exclusive access to clubhouse facilities, providing an elevated lifestyle for homeowners.

Wellness is a central theme with The Spa at Mandarin Oriental offering nearly 5,000 square meters devoted to holistic therapies.

Facilities will include separate male and female pools, three additional swimming pools, an outdoor meditation garden, a barber, and a salon.

A comprehensive wellness-led programme will redefine relaxation and rejuvenation within serene natural surroundings.

Nestled within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates Next Chapter development, the resort grants guests and residents access to world-class golf amenities including an 18-hole championship course, driving range, golf academy, and an elegant clubhouse featuring lounges, retail spaces, and fitness centres.

The resort is also home to a sprawling 7,000 square meter Equestrian Centre with indoor and outdoor arenas, training facilities, stables, and scenic horse-riding trails catering to equestrian enthusiasts.

Families will find dedicated leisure spaces with a fully serviced indoor and outdoor Kids’ Club and nursery, blending entertainment, education, and care.

Culinary options will be ample, with six dining venues including two restaurants situated at the Golf Club and a unique Halfway Hut on the course.

These venues will bring Mandarin Oriental’s signature elevated gastronomy concepts, offering sophisticated dining experiences across various settings.

The resort also boasts extensive meeting and event spaces, with a grand ballroom and two outdoor venues ideal for weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.

This property represents Mandarin Oriental’s third establishment in the UAE, joining Mandarin Oriental Jumeira and the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai.
