M squared delivers 65% of units early at Masyaf Ras AlHekma, enhancing Egypt’s coastal hospitality, tourism

EGYPT – Real estate developer M squared has announced that 65% of the units delivered in 2025 at its flagship coastal project, Masyaf Ras AlHekma, were handed over six to twelve months ahead of schedule.

This early delivery showcases the company’s dedication to quality, timeliness, and exceeding customer expectations.

As the real estate arm of Intro Investment Holdings, M squared also revealed that its landmark Marmarica Boutique Hotel within the project increased its capacity by 60% this year.

The company aims for impressive sales of EGP 2.7 billion (US$56 million) by the end of October 2025, highlighting strong demand for luxury properties and hospitality services.

Masyaf’s premium offerings, including Sea View Staggered Chalets, Lagoon Water Villas, and Lagoon Chalets, reinforce its position as a vibrant, dynamic development on Egypt’s North Coast.

The destination now features 17 commercial outlets, adding to the community’s lifestyle appeal and supporting tourism growth.
