Hilton unveils ambitious India expansion: Doubling brand presence, tripling luxury portfolio by 2030

Themed ‘Unlocking the Stay,’ the showcase aligned with Hilton’s global marketing platform and gave guests a chance to engage with flagship brands such as Conrad Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton by Hilton.

INDIA – Hilton has set its sights on doubling its brand presence in India within five years and tripling its luxury estate, following a dynamic, first-of-its-kind immersive Brand Showcase held in Bengaluru that spotlighted ten of its global brands and revealed bold growth plans for the region.

Hilton is accelerating its expansion across India, using the country’s first immersive Brand Showcase in Bengaluru as a launchpad for its next phase of growth.

Held at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, the event brought together industry leaders, business partners, and property owners for a hands-on experience of Hilton’s diverse portfolio, with ten of its 24 global brands brought to life through interactive galleries and live demonstrations.

The showcase also featured the announcement of soon-to-debut luxury and lifestyle offerings like Waldorf Astoria, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Signia by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Spark by Hilton.

The event also marked the announcement of Hilton’s first LXR Hotels & Resorts property in India, set to open in Bengaluru in 2026, and reinforced plans to debut Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Signia by Hilton in Jaipur in the coming years.

Hilton’s leadership used the occasion to confirm its goal of doubling its brand presence in India within five years and tripling its luxury portfolio by 2030, capitalizing on the country’s fast-growing travel market and increasing demand for quality hospitality.

With more than 1,000 hotels across Asia Pacific and a strategy to grow its Indian portfolio tenfold, Hilton is investing heavily in both new developments and partnerships with local owners and operators.

Chris Nassetta, President & CEO of Hilton, described India as a “critical part” of Hilton’s global growth strategy, citing the market’s size, dynamism, and potential across all segments-from luxury to premium economy.

Alexandra Jaritz, Senior Vice President, Brand Management for Asia Pacific, emphasized Hilton’s commitment to “meet guests wherever they are, with the right brand, in the right place, at the right time,” reflecting the company’s focus on serving India’s diverse and rapidly evolving traveler base.

With its immersive Brand Showcase, Hilton not only celebrated its expanding footprint in South Asia but also sent a clear signal to the industry: the company is poised for rapid, sustained growth, aiming to be present wherever Indian travelers want to stay-now and into the next decade.
