Four Seasons to manage luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman

UAE – Four Seasons and Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, have announced plans for Four Seasons to assume management of a premier luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced that it will open Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2026, following significant enhancements to the property’s amenities, accommodations, and wellness offerings.

The resort will feature 23 villas and 74 guestrooms and suites, each with private terraces and views of the Arabian Gulf.

Located just a 35-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, the property aims to offer a seamless blend of urban accessibility and natural tranquillity.

Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons, stated that the company was excited to expand its offerings in the UAE and to bring its world-class hospitality to Al Zorah in partnership with Al Zorah Development Company.

He emphasized Four Seasons’ commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences in the region.

Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah is being designed as an exclusive retreat, featuring contemporary architecture, lush gardens, and amenities catering to all age groups.

Plans include a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a luxurious spa, a private beach, and an extensive outdoor oasis with private cabanas, an 85-metre infinity pool, an adults-only pool, and a dedicated children’s pool.

Guests will have access to curated activities such as Kids For All Seasons programs, diving excursions, and guided tours through Al Zorah’s protected mangroves and lagoons. Nearby, the Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club will offer an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The resort’s dining options will include an all-day international restaurant with panoramic Gulf views, a beachfront bar and grill, and an Italian restaurant offering local and exotic flavours.

Designed to host a variety of occasions, the resort will feature dynamic event spaces including a grand ballroom, a courtyard, and three meeting rooms.

Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will join the brand’s growing UAE portfolio, which includes properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
