Najma Walk Developments partners with Concord Hotels & Resorts for New Cairo project

EGYPT – Najma Walk Developments has entered into a strategic partnership with Concord Hotels and Resorts to manage and operate hospitality services at Najma Walk, the company’s latest project located in New Cairo.

Mahmoud Shalaby, a board member of Najma Walk Developments, emphasized that the partnership aligns with the company’s goal of maximizing Najma Walk’s investment potential by providing high-quality hospitality services.

Mohamed El Namaky, another board member, further explained that the company was dedicated to realizing a project that embodies the concept of smart investment.

He added that collaborating with Concord Hotels and Resorts would help fulfill this vision by integrating various elements into the project, boosting its overall value, and ensuring strong investment returns for stakeholders.

Montaser Abdel Baki, a fellow board member, highlighted that Najma Walk would feature a range of services, including commercial, medical, and administrative units, along with a hospital catering to medical tourism.

These facilities would be located in a prime area of New Cairo, covering more than 12,000 sqm. The development would focus on creating a comfortable and practical environment for visitors and investors, with three key pillars guiding its design.

Mohamed Kadry, another board member, pointed out that the first phase of the project was scheduled to launch in the second quarter of the year.

He mentioned that flexible payment plans would be available to cater to a variety of customer needs.

Steve Locke, Chairperson of Concord Hotels and Resorts, expressed the company’s enthusiasm about contributing to the hospitality experience at Najma Walk.

He noted that the project’s distinctive architectural design would attract investors, and he was confident that the partnership would open doors for further expansion in the Egyptian market.

Locke also shared that Concord Hotels and Resorts currently manages several properties in Egypt, including the Concorde El Salam Hotel in Cairo, the Concorde El Salam Hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh, and the Concorde Hotel in Marsa Alam.

Furthermore, the company has secured management agreements for other major projects, such as Sun Capital, G-Bay Sokhna, and the new Najma Walk development in New Cairo.
