All three properties in the cluster posted robust performance, with growth in both Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
The cluster’s top-performing property recorded a 10% increase in ADR and a 16.2% rise in RevPAR, reflecting the effectiveness of strategic commercial initiatives and continuous guest experience enhancements.
The hotel’s banqueting and catering division has also emerged as a significant growth driver. Over the past two years, the volume of banqueting events has doubled.
Signature initiatives such as Events by Marriott Al Jaddaf and the introduction of the elegant Zabeel Iftar Tent during Ramadan 2024 have further elevated the hotel’s standing as a top-tier venue for weddings, corporate functions, and external catering in Dubai.

Looking ahead, Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf will take centre stage at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, held from 28 April to 1 May at Dubai World Trade Centre.
