SAUDI ARABIA – InterContinental The Red Sea Resort has appointed Todd Roydhouse as Hotel Manager, placing an international hospitality veteran with experience across New Zealand, the Middle East, Europe and Australia at the helm of day-to-day operations for the coastal sanctuary.

Roydhouse will lead the resort’s operational pillars including guest experience, Food and Beverage and talent development.

Having previously worked with InterContinental in Abu Dhabi, he offers valuable brand insight and operational foundation critical for navigating the Kingdom’s ambitious tourism transformation.

Roydhouse brings a proven track record of leading transformative projects in dynamic markets, with expertise spanning strategic planning, operational leadership, pre-openings, guest experience innovation and large-scale project execution.

Additionally, his people-first leadership philosophy builds high-performing teams through empowerment, accountability and a culture of excellence.
