GERMANY – IHIF EMEA 2026 has unveiled its full conference programme, setting the stage for 2,500 delegates and more than 700 investors representing US$581 billion in assets to converge on Berlin from 23-25 March.

The theme “Returns Redefined. Value Reimagined.” reflects an industry transforming from traditional asset class into a movement reshaping hospitality investment through alpha generation, ESG integration and experience-driven offerings.

Where Capital Meets Opportunity

The event serves as the premier annual gathering for hospitality investment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, bringing together institutional investors, private equity firms, hotel owners and developers under one roof.

With 30% new investors expected, the forum offers unparalleled access to decision-makers driving the sector’s evolution.

The three-day programme spans macro-economic analysis, deal structures, emerging market strategies and operational optimisation.

New Tracks Target Branded Residences and Experiential Travel

Two major additions mark this year’s agenda.

BxR (Brand x Residential) EMEA launches as a dedicated track exploring branded residences as a standalone investment class, featuring speakers from Bugatti International, Giorgio Armani and Starwood Hotels.

The Experience Stage examines how experiential travel has transformed investment KPIs, with insights on luxury, lifestyle and wellness segments driving new concepts and raising guest expectations.

Industry Titans Take the Stage

Over 190 leaders will share insights, including Jean-Jacques Morin of Accor, Blackstone’s Peter Werhahn, Hyatt CEO Mark Hoplamazian, Minor International’s Dillip Rajakarier and Wyndham’s Dimitris Manikis.

Financial Times associate editor Janan Ganesh adds macro-economic perspective on the forces shaping investment flows.

Deal-Making Infrastructure

The format prioritizes real-time connections through curated networking sessions, an investor lounge, and targeted roundtables.

A vibrant exhibition hall showcases over 85 companies unveiling innovations redefining guest experiences and operational efficiency.

New Destination Hub highlights placemaking and public-private partnerships for emerging market opportunities.

Berlin as Backdrop

The InterContinental and Pullman hotels provide an elegant setting in one of Europe’s most dynamic capitals.

Attendees can explore Berlin’s cultural landmarks while forging partnerships that will shape hospitality’s future across three continents.

With luxury resorts and trophy assets commanding premium valuations and 73% of European investors planning to expand portfolios, the timing couldn’t be more compelling.
