DoubleTree by Hilton, Dubai welcomes Middle East’s finest General Manager, Elif Yazoglu

In 2025, Yazoglu was named among the Middle East’s Best 30 General Managers and Best 30 Women Leaders by Hozpitality Group.

UAE- Elif Yazoglu has been appointed General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences, marking a new leadership chapter for the 458-key mixed-use property in Bur Dubai. 

Yazoglu brings with her 24 years of experience with Hilton across multiple regions. Her career has been defined by strong delivery, team development, and close attention to detail. 

Since joining the hotel, Yazoglu has worked closely with the existing leadership team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.  

Her approach is described as hands-on and collaborative, grounded in operational understanding and continuity. The focus, she notes, is not on immediate change, but on steady progress and long-term value creation. 

The hotel has a strong sense of place and a team that genuinely cares,” said Yazoglu. “I’ve enjoyed getting to know both the people and the property. My focus is to stay close to the operation, support the team and add value in a way that is thoughtful and sustainable.” 

Her leadership has also earned industry recognition with her operational track record and her influence within the regional hospitality landscape proven remarkable.

Owned by AW Rostamani Group, DoubleTree hotel is a 458-key mixed rooms and serviced residences located in Bur Dubai within the M Square development, adjacent to BurJuman. The property was opened in 2020 and is managed by Hilton. 

The hotel’s mixed-use nature makes it a key hospitality establishment that addresses the needs of travelers and residents in one of Dubai’s most established commercial and residential districts.
