RWANDA – Aleph Hospitality has signed a management agreement for the Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View in Kigali, marking its third property in the Rwandan capital.
The hotel, owned by DND Developers and set to open in July 2027, will feature 60 rooms and 41 branded residences, targeting Rwanda’s growing demand for premium accommodations.
A Strategic Addition to an Upscale Neighborhood
Located in Kigali’s prestigious Kacyiru district near the Kigali Golf Club, the property is designed as a mixed-use development.
In addition to its guest rooms and residences, it will offer two food and beverage outlets, a health club, and a swimming pool.
This project aligns with Rwanda’s tourism growth, with visitor arrivals forecasted to reach 1.65 million and the sector’s economic contribution expected to grow by 13%.
Bani Haddad, Founder and Co-CEO of Aleph Hospitality, stated that the development is a response to the clear demand for premium accommodations and will be a standout addition to the capital’s hospitality landscape.
Partnership Built on Regional Expertise and Brand Strength
Daniel Mehari, Managing Director of DND Developers, emphasized the selection of Aleph Hospitality was based on its deep understanding of the Rwandan and regional market, alongside proven operational expertise.
The management company’s portfolio currently includes 80 hotels across the Middle East and Africa, with 50 in operation and 30 under development.
For BWH Hotels, the parent brand of Best Western, the project strengthens its premium presence in a key African market.
