EGYPT – Orange Egypt has signed a strategic agreement with Qatar’s Qilaa International Group to develop a fully integrated smart tourism platform that enhances visitor engagement across Egypt.

Announced on 24 November 2025, this collaboration supports Egypt’s Vision 2030 goals by leveraging advanced digital technologies to improve the entire travel experience.

At the heart of the partnership is Qilaa’s WTOUR app, which offers a comprehensive digital journey. The platform enables tourists to plan their trips, discover local attractions, book hotels, restaurants, and access exclusive offers powered by Orange Egypt.

This one-stop solution aims to unify communications, navigation, entertainment, and services to create a seamless experience for both domestic and international visitors.

Qilaa is responsible for developing rich, interactive digital content showcasing Egypt’s diverse cultural, historical, and natural heritage.

This immersive storytelling enhances exploration and pre-arrival engagement, setting a new benchmark for smart travel destinations globally.

The initiative aims to support major national projects like the Grand Egyptian Museum, whose touristic impact requires equal digital advancement.

Orange Egypt’s cutting-edge connectivity infrastructure combined with Qilaa’s innovation capabilities ensures efficiency, accessibility, and high engagement within the platform.
