GLOBAL – VOICEplug AI has announced a global integration with OpenTable, allowing restaurant operators using both platforms to automate reservations and booking inquiries via conversational voice AI.

The integration is available in 20 countries, including the US, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Brazil, and several European and Asian markets, supporting multiple local languages.

This partnership synchronizes live table availability with OpenTable, automates reservation handling, and reduces reliance on manual processes.

VOICEplug AI’s integration joins a growing ecosystem of AI communications solutions enhancing restaurant efficiency and guest experience, such as Hostie’s recent OpenTable connection enabling voice bookings, alerts, and guest preference analytics.

In addition to its integration with VOICEplug AI, OpenTable recently partnered with Tonic POS to synchronize reservation data with point-of-sale systems, streamlining front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The company has invested heavily in AI-powered tools to predict diner preferences and optimize table management, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

OpenTable supports personalized marketing by enabling restaurants to send targeted promotions and experiences tailored to guest profiles.

This capability was notably enhanced through its collaboration with AI communications provider Hostie, which also facilitates automated voice interactions and guest data analytics.

Furthermore, OpenTable has expanded partnerships with global payment providers to integrate seamless payment options directly within its reservation platform.

The company actively launches new features such as dynamic pricing and real-time availability to enable restaurants to maximize revenue.
