Shamal Holding partners with Marriott International to launch EDITION, ushering luxury residences, hospitality to Dubai Harbour by 2029

UAE – Shamal Holding and Marriott International Inc. have signed a strategic agreement to bring EDITION branded residences alongside a hotel to Dubai Harbour, set for completion in 2029.

The project, named The Dubai Beach EDITION, promises to redefine luxury living and hospitality at one of Dubai’s most prestigious seafront destinations.

The Dubai Beach EDITION will embody EDITION’s signature blend of timeless elegance, innovative design, and consistently excellent service.

It will feature the brand’s first residences in the Middle East, spotlighting sophisticated, contemporary architecture combined with intimate, distinctive spaces reflecting Dubai’s cosmopolitan and forward-looking spirit.

Abdulla Binhabtoor, Chief Executive Officer of Shamal Holding, emphasized that the development introduces a truly special luxury beachfront destination to Dubai.

He noted that The Dubai Beach EDITION’s qualities perfectly mirror the city’s dynamic personality, promising a world-class experience for both travelers and residents.

Collaboration with Marriott ensures that this project will stand out globally and further elevate Dubai’s status as a premier luxury destination.

The residences will comprise 165 units ranging from two- to four-bedroom apartments, designed with refined simplicity and contemporary luxury that resonate with the surrounding maritime environment.

Residents will enjoy access to upscale resort amenities and services crafted to enhance their lifestyle and offer exclusive comfort.

The hotel component will consist of 185 rooms and suites with unobstructed sea views, presenting guests with a refined and serene stay.
