The Emirati-founded company leverages advanced technology and operational intelligence to deliver a B2B2C solution that streamlines premium reservations while boosting guest loyalty, venue profitability, and digital presence.

UAE – In a notable advancement for the UAE’s tech and hospitality sectors, iReserved, the first smart lifestyle booking platform specifically built for premium venues, is set to launch next month.
This Emirati-founded company combines cutting-edge technology with operational intelligence to offer a B2B2C solution that simplifies premium reservations and enhances guest loyalty, venue profitability, and digital presence.
iReserved is positioned at the intersection of hospitality, data analytics, and digital transformation.
The platform targets upscale restaurants, lounges, beach clubs, hotel venues, and nightlife destinations with a fully integrated booking system.
Key features include an interactive floor plan that enables users to select tables or premium seating, real-time availability tracking, secure payment processing, and a customizable promotions engine to boost occupancy during off-peak hours.
The platform enables venues to optimize table utilization, increase upselling of premium areas such as VIP lounges and cabanas, and gain insightful analytics to enhance operations.
By linking reservations to advance payments, iReserved reduces no-shows and late cancellations, improving revenue management reliability.
Founder and CEO Rashed Bin Haider emphasized iReserved’s role in solving perennial hospitality challenges: “Our solution empowers venue operators to maximize revenue while delivering guests greater control and transparency during the booking process. It supports data-driven decision-making to improve every aspect of venue management.”
iReserved’s initial launch will focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand rapidly to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and international hospitality hubs in Europe, Asia, and North America.
The app will be available on iOS and Android from 18 September 2025, designed for seamless, intuitive use.
This initiative aligns with the UAE’s strategic vision of a smart economy and city infrastructure, supporting digital innovation in sectors vital to the country’s economic diversification.
It also addresses growing consumer expectations for personalized, tech-enabled experiences in luxury hospitality.
By providing an integrated booking, payment, and marketing platform, iReserved offers a model for premium venues to enhance guest engagement, streamline operations, and adapt pricing dynamically.
Its launch signals a pivotal shift in how high-end hospitality is booked and managed in the MENA region.
With the UAE’s tourism sector anticipated to contribute AED 280 billion (approx. US$76 billion) to GDP by 2028, iReserved’s entry could redefine digital hospitality solutions tailored for the region’s luxury market.
