Krystel Irani takes helm to drive transformation of Al Zorah Beach Resort into Four Seasons Ajman

Irani will oversee the property’s major renovation ahead of its 2026 relaunch as Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.

JORDAN – Al Zorah Development Company, formed by the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, has appointed hospitality veteran Krystel Irani as General Manager of Al Zorah Beach Resort.

Irani will lead the property’s extensive renovation as it prepares to relaunch as Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2026.

Irani’s hospitality journey started at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, setting the stage for a distinguished international career.

She has held senior leadership roles at significant Middle East properties, bringing visionary management and a sharp focus on elevating guest experience in each role.

Her previous leadership includes steering Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf as General Manager and driving operational excellence as Hotel Manager and Director of Rooms at Raffles Dubai.

There, she successfully managed complex refurbishments and introduced innovative dining concepts, reinforcing long-term growth.

Most recently, Irani led the Forbes Five-Star Four Seasons Hotel located in Dubai’s International Financial Centre, where she crafted immersive lifestyle experiences and elevated dining options that enhanced the hotel’s prestige and profitability.

Set to open in 2026, Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will offer 97 accommodation options, including villas and suites with private terraces overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

The resort’s design prioritizes harmony with nature, nestled within verdant landscapes and rich coastal mangroves.

Guests will enjoy a sophisticated array of facilities: a signature spa, cutting-edge fitness centre, infinity pools split between family and adult zones, and private beach access.

Curated leisure activities will showcase Ajman’s natural beauty, including guided eco tours and water sports.

The resort will provide diverse dining venues, ranging from a panoramic all-day eatery serving international dishes to a trendy beachfront grill and an upscale Italian restaurant, combining global and local culinary influences.

Irani’s leadership aims to elevate the resort’s standards by blending Four Seasons’ hallmark service with the unique coastal charm of Al Zorah.

This revitalization is poised to enhance Ajman’s stature as a burgeoning luxury hospitality destination within the UAE.

Her appointment reflects broader efforts to boost tourism and redefine premium travel experiences, contributing significantly to the emirate’s economic diversification goals.

With Irani at the helm, Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah is set to emerge as a distinguished beacon of world-class hospitality by 2026.
