RRS International Development begins US$100M MH Collection hotel, apartments project on Al Marjan Island

UAE – RRS International Development, a premier luxury real estate developer in the UAE, has officially broken ground on its US$100 million mixed-use project, NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments, in partnership with Minor Hotels.

This milestone signifies the first time the internationally renowned NH Collection Hotels & Resorts brand will be present on Al Marjan Island.

The project marks Minor Hotels’ second branded residential venture in the UAE, following their successful debut at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

This new development aims to elevate Ras Al Khaimah’s profile as a world-class lifestyle and tourism destination.

Speaking at the groundbreaking event, Rakesh Mirchandani, Co-founder of RRS International Development and Partner at RRS Capital Management, expressed enthusiasm.

Mirchandani noted the project was oversubscribed at launch, reflecting strong investor confidence in both the NH Collection brand and Ras Al Khaimah’s rising appeal.

The development will feature 121 hotel keys and 36 branded apartments, blending five-star hospitality with contemporary living.

Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineers has executed this visionary design, capturing the ocean’s motion and connecting guests seamlessly to both desert and sea environments.

Inside, lush tropical interiors designed by B8 Architectural Prospective Drawings Services create a vibrant and refreshing retreat.

The design emphasizes open spaces, greenery, and colourful décor to offer guests a sophisticated escape.
