Prime Developments, Osoul for Tourism Development launch CLAN project in Hurghada

EGYPT – Prime Developments, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of its new project, CLAN, in partnership with Osoul for Tourism Development.

The newly launched CLAN project comes at a strategic moment, coinciding with a major urban and economic boom along the Eastern Coast.

The project covers an area of 10,000 square meters and will be developed with engineering consultancy by Hafez Consultants, who are renowned for their architectural expertise.

The total investment cost is approximately EGP 1.25 billion, with sales expected to exceed EGP 3 billion.

The project is scheduled for full delivery by 2028, exemplifying Prime Developments’ commitment to timely and professional execution.
