INDIA – IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Royal Buildspace LLP for Garner Kutch, marking the third Garner property announced in India since the brand’s regional launch.
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026, this hotel reinforces IHG’s strategy to expand in secondary and tertiary Indian markets where demand for midscale hotels is rising rapidly.
Located in Gujarat’s largest district by area, Kutch is an emerging industrial and tourism hub attracting both business and leisure travelers.
The 40-room Garner Kutch will be managed by Rosastays, IHG’s preferred third-party operator in India, which also operates other Garner properties.
This partnership emphasizes operational excellence and consistent guest experiences aligned with evolving traveler expectations.
The hotel will feature thoughtfully designed accommodation, an all-day dining restaurant, a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and versatile meeting and social spaces.
Garner Kutch aims to serve business professionals, tourists, and families visiting the area for work and leisure.
Its proximity, approximately six kilometers, to the DP World Special Economic Zone positions it well to accommodate growing commercial activity.
