The Venti announces Middle East expansion with master franchise deal in Jordan

The newly sealed partnership is structured to grant JKT Networks the responsibility for launching and operating The Venti outlets across Jordan.

JORDAN – South Korean coffee brand The Venti has announced its official entry into the Middle East, signing a master franchise agreement with JKT Networks to bring its distinctive coffee shop experience to Jordan.

This milestone marks The Venti’s debut in the region as it pursues global growth using a franchise model that leverages local expertise and reduces barriers to entry.

The newly sealed partnership is structured to grant JKT Networks the responsibility for launching and operating The Venti outlets across Jordan.

Instead of establishing company-owned stores, The Venti will gain revenue from brand royalties and franchise fees, benefiting from the established distribution, marketing, and operational proficiency that JKT Networks brings to the table.

This arrangement allows for a faster and more tailored rollout that aligns closely with Jordanian consumer preferences and market dynamics.

Jordan’s selection as The Venti’s Middle East beachhead represents a calculated choice.

The country is known for its openness to new franchise brands and its strategic position as a trade and cultural crossroads.

The growing popularity of Korean brands and the cultural influence of the Korean Wave have made Jordan a receptive environment for new lifestyle concepts.

The first Venti store in Jordan is projected to open in Amman in the latter half of 2025.

The company and its franchise partner have announced plans to tailor every aspect of the offering, from menu development and store design to language and customer engagement strategies, based on local tastes and trends.

The franchise agreement with JKT Networks is not The Venti’s first foray outside Korea, it follows launches in Canada and Vietnam, but it is the company’s initial venture into the culturally and commercially significant Middle East.

The Venti has underscored its intent to use the Jordanian debut as a launchpad for gradual expansion into other regional markets.

Representatives from The Venti noted that this partnership will help the brand grow into a “sensory bridge” that connects global coffee culture with distinct local experiences.

By relying on a network of local franchisees, The Venti aims to ensure flexibility and authenticity without sacrificing its signature quality and value-driven ethos.

As competition intensifies in Jordan’s fast-evolving café market, The Venti’s innovative head office–franchisee model and regional adaptability position it for promising growth among the country’s coffee-loving consumers.
