This new tool, developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), is designed to personalize digital menus for each customer, with the goal of increasing order conversion rates and supporting restaurant profitability in a rapidly evolving market.

Picked for You leverages advanced machine learning to analyze a variety of signals, including time of day, day of the week, and each guest’s purchase history, to recommend the most relevant menu items at the top of the digital ordering page.

By tailoring suggestions to individual preferences and ordering patterns, the feature aims to make the online ordering process faster and more intuitive, particularly for younger diners who expect seamless digital experiences.

Early adopters of Picked for You have reported an average 6% increase in online order volumes since implementing the feature.

Currently available to all users of the SpotOn Order web platform, Picked for You is slated to be added to SpotOn’s GoTo mobile ordering app in the coming months.
