IL Cazar Developments unveils “The C” residential, leisure project in Ras El Hekma

EGYPT – IL Cazar Developments has announced the launch of its second major project in Ras El Hekma, Egypt, named “The C,” situated at Kilometer 188 along the Mediterranean coast.

Covering an expansive area of 114 feddans, equivalent to approximately 479,000 square meters, the development represents a significant investment valued at around EGP 30 billion (US$1.6 billion).

“The C” is envisioned as an integrated residential and leisure destination, thoughtfully designed to maximize direct sea views through a tiered architectural layout.

The project’s planning emphasizes exclusivity and privacy, with only 20% of the total land area allocated for built structures.

The remaining 80% of the land will be devoted to meticulously landscaped open spaces, featuring water elements and lush greenery.
