Home2 Suites by Hilton Madinah KEC Islamic World District will offer 283 guest rooms, including 209 king studio suites and 74 one-bedroom suites, designed specifically for longer stays.

SAUDI ARABIA – Hilton has signed a joint agreement with Knowledge Economic City (KEC) and Al Gharaa International for Real Estate Development to open three new hotels in the Islamic World District of Knowledge Economic City in Madinah.

This landmark project marks the debut of Hilton’s award-winning extended stay brand, Home2 Suites by Hilton, in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, underscoring Hilton’s commitment to diversifying its portfolio to meet the growing hospitality demand across Saudi Arabia.

The three properties will collectively add 1,415 keys to Hilton’s expanding portfolio in the Kingdom, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goal of attracting 150 million visitors annually by 2030 and elevating the hospitality landscape in the Holy City.

The agreement was signed in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, alongside representatives from Knowledge Economic City and Hilton.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Madinah KEC Islamic World District will offer 283 guest rooms, including 209 king studio suites and 74 one-bedroom suites, designed specifically for longer stays.

The hotel will feature signature home-like amenities such as complimentary hot breakfast, flexible suite layouts with full kitchens, an outdoor terrace, and laundry and fitness facilities.

This introduction of Home2 Suites to the MEA region addresses the increasing demand for spacious, extended-stay accommodations tailored to modern travellers.

Complementing this, Hilton Garden Inn Madinah KEC Islamic World District will provide 732 guest rooms and suites, three flexible meeting rooms, a full-service restaurant, a juice bar offering freshly pressed juices, and a fully equipped fitness centre.

Meanwhile, Hampton by Hilton Madinah KEC Islamic World District will feature 400 guest rooms, a lounge, a fitness centre, complimentary Wi-Fi, signature free hot breakfast, and a retail market for on-the-go snacks and drinks, bringing Hampton’s warm and friendly service to Madinah.

Currently, Hilton operates 20 hotels in Saudi Arabia and plans to expand its footprint to over 100 properties across the Kingdom in the coming years.

The launch of these three hotels in Madinah reflects Hilton’s strategic focus on catering to the Kingdom’s diverse hospitality needs, from extended stays to mid-market and value-driven segments, supporting the country’s ambitious tourism growth plans.
