EGYPT – Majid Al Futtaim, a leading pioneer in shopping malls, communities, retail, and leisure across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, has announced a strategic partnership with Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, to introduce Egypt’s first 25hours Hotel.
The new property will open at Junction, Majid Al Futtaim’s upcoming business and lifestyle destination in West Cairo, marking the debut of the 25hours brand in the Egyptian market.
This collaboration reinforces Junction’s position as a dynamic hub for hospitality, business, and culture, blending innovative urban living with vibrant hospitality offerings.

Ennismore’s CEO, Gaurav Bhushan, conveyed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting that the company was honoured to collaborate with Majid Al Futtaim to bring 25hours to Egypt for the first time, especially within a lifestyle destination like Junction.
He noted that each 25hours Hotel draws inspiration from the rich culture and history of its location, and the company looked forward to creating a strong sense of storytelling through design and community spaces, including restaurants and bars.
Ahmed El Shamy, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, described the launch as an exciting milestone for the company’s evolving portfolio.
He emphasized that the partnership marked a significant step in their vision to create destinations that are both commercially vibrant and culturally meaningful, aligning with Egypt’s broader urban development goals.
The 25hours Hotel at Junction will feature approximately 250 keys, including hotel rooms and 25hours Heimat branded residences.
Facilities will include three distinct dining outlets, coworking spaces, wellness and spa areas, and flexible meeting and event spaces, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
