Hilton to expand Caribbean presence with Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago in Tapestry Collection

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO – Hilton has announced it is preparing to expand its footprint in the Caribbean with the introduction of Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago, set to join Hilton’s Tapestry Collection.

This unique brand celebrates local culture and distinctive character while upholding Hilton’s renowned standards of quality and service.

Slated to open in 2028, the resort will be located in Roxborough, a tranquil seaside town on Tobago’s southern shore, celebrated for its breathtaking scenery and calm atmosphere.

Set on a sprawling 21-acre beachfront property, Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago will offer a boutique experience featuring 40 tastefully appointed guest rooms alongside 126 branded residences.

The residences include 88 spacious three-bedroom units and 38 stylish two-bedroom units, each offering up to 1,560 square feet of living space.

Buyers will have the option to acquire these residences as private vacation homes or investment properties, with the opportunity to participate in the resort’s rental program, allowing them to generate rental income when not in use.

The resort will provide a comprehensive range of amenities designed to enhance guest comfort and lifestyle.

These include three swimming pools, one featuring a multi-level waterfall, a modern spa offering rejuvenating wellness treatments, and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with the latest exercise technology.
