EGYPT – Gates Developments has launched the second phase of its flagship Lyv Ceaser project in Ras El Hekma, investing over EGP 2 billion (US$40.8 million) in 2025 and introducing three new zones-Bliss, Shore, and Muse-each offering distinct waterfront and lifestyle experiences.
