Laura Nicli promoted to General Manager at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences

UAE – Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences has promoted Laura Nicli to General Manager, recognizing her 18 years of global hospitality expertise and her leadership in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives.

With a distinguished career spanning over 18 years in the hospitality industry, Laura brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in leadership, operational management, and sustainability to her new role.

Laura’s journey in hospitality began in Dubai with the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), and since then, she has held key positions including leading Novotel Suites & ibis Mall Avenue Dubai and serving as Resort Manager at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa Resort.

At the Maldives property, she was instrumental in the pre-opening phase, wellness positioning, and navigating pandemic-related challenges.

Since joining Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre as Hotel Manager in November 2023, Laura has been pivotal in driving the hotel’s growth and success.

Under her stewardship, the hotel achieved an 8% year-on-year increase in revenue and a 5% growth at the Residences.

She also led the hotel to earn prestigious certifications such as Green Globe, LEED, and Safe Hotel, underscoring her commitment to sustainability. Additionally, Laura spearheaded the award-winning 25th Anniversary Campaign and collaborated with The Waste Lab on sustainability initiatives.

Laura’s leadership style emphasizes guest satisfaction, team engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Her efforts were recognized when she was shortlisted for the “Future Leader of the Year” award by Hotelier Middle East in 2024.
