Dar Global, The Trump Organization unveil Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai

UAE – Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has partnered with The Trump Organization to launch the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai.

The high-profile project reinforces both companies’ confidence in the region’s long-term economic growth and underscores their shared commitment to delivering premium real estate experiences.

This latest collaboration signals a strategic investment in Dubai’s thriving luxury property market, aiming to attract global investors and residents seeking world-class hospitality, design, and amenities.

Strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, the 350-metre, 80-storey tower offers panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf.

It marks the fifth collaboration between the two companies, building on past successes such as Trump Tower Jeddah and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in AIDA, Oman.

Crowning the property are two signature penthouses with private sky pools, inspired by the iconic Trump Tower Penthouse on New York’s Fifth Avenue.
