Galaxy Macau celebrates prestigious wins at 2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide Awards in Singapore

SINGAPORE – Galaxy Macau™, the world-class luxury integrated resort, proudly celebrated major achievements at the 2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide Award ceremony held in Singapore on April 25.

Galaxy Macau announced that two of its distinguished dining venues, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA and Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel, have once again received standout recognition, reinforcing the resort’s reputation for culinary excellence across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas markets.

Both restaurants were awarded the coveted One-Diamond rating from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for a consecutive year, further expanding their impressive collection of industry accolades.

The resort emphasized its continued commitment to delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences, consistently upholding its title as “Asia’s Ultimate Singular Dining Destination.”

It noted that the One-Diamond awards highlight the rigorous standards Galaxy Macau strives to represent.

Galaxy Macau highlighted Feng Wei Ju’s continued success under the leadership of Chan Chek Keong, Assistant Vice President of Food & Beverage Culinary of StarWorld Hotel and Executive Chef of Feng Wei Ju.

With nearly 30 years of expertise specializing in Hunan and Sichuan cuisine, Chef Chan has helped Feng Wei Ju maintain its Michelin Two-Star status for nine consecutive years, solidifying its place as a premier dining destination in the region.

Meanwhile, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, led by Executive Chef Marino D’Antonio, continues to honor gastronomic legend Umberto Bombana’s philosophy by presenting authentic Italian cuisine crafted with the natural essence of seasonal ingredients.

Galaxy Macau described the restaurant as a vibrant showcase of Italy’s rich culinary culture.

The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, regarded as one of China’s most influential dining awards, bases its evaluations on anonymous reviews by food enthusiasts, culinary experts, and researchers, focusing on culinary excellence, service quality, and innovation in culinary traditions.
