IndiGo, Accor join forces to elevate travel with integrated loyalty programs

INDIA – Leading travel company IndiGo has announced a strategic partnership with global hospitality leader Accor to transform the Indian travel experience.

IndiGo and Accor have formed a strategic partnership that brings together their respective loyalty programs—IndiGo’s BluChip and Accor’s ALL – Accor Live Limitless—to offer travelers a unified platform for earning and redeeming rewards across flights, hotel stays, and broader travel experiences.

Through this collaboration, members of both programs will be able to convert and share points seamlessly.

The initiative allows frequent travelers to accumulate points on IndiGo flights and redeem them at Accor hotels, and vice versa, thereby creating a more rewarding and flexible travel experience.

Co-branded offerings will deliver exclusive perks that combine air travel benefits with hospitality privileges, elevating the value of each journey.

Launched in 2024, IndiGo’s BluChip loyalty program has rapidly gained momentum, amassing over two million members within its first six months.

The program’s strong early adoption reflects increasing consumer demand for versatile loyalty platforms.

With this new tie-up, IndiGo aims to strengthen BluChip’s position in the Indian market while attracting international travelers, especially as the airline continues to expand its footprint across Asia and the Middle East.

The airline has also indicated plans to grow its ecosystem through further partnerships in the travel, retail, and lifestyle sectors.

Accor’s ALL program brings global scale to the collaboration.

With over 100 million members and access to more than 45 hotel brands in 110 countries, the program significantly enhances the reach and utility of BluChip.

The combined strengths of IndiGo’s expansive route network and Accor’s hospitality footprint will offer members a streamlined and enriched travel journey.

The partnership also comes at a time when India’s travel market is experiencing rapid growth, driven by a burgeoning middle class, rising disposable income, and stronger infrastructure.

By 2027, India is expected to become the third-largest domestic travel market and the fifth-largest outbound travel market globally.

With this strategic integration, both IndiGo and Accor are strategically positioned to capture new demand and better serve the evolving preferences of modern travelers.
