HMH promotes Haytham Abdelaziz to Chief Operating Officer

UAE – Leading hotel management company Hospitality Management Holding (HMH) has announced the promotion of Haytham Abdelaziz to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Known for his strong leadership and operational know-how, Haytham has played a key role in HMH’s achievements and is now set to lead the company’s ongoing expansion and performance across important markets.

In his expanded role, he will oversee the implementation of critical strategies, drive performance across the group’s portfolio, and lead the opening of upcoming properties.

Among his notable accomplishments are the successful launches of Coral Al Madinah Hotel and ECOS Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan, both of which have contributed significantly to the group’s regional footprint.

He will also focus on nurturing long-term relationships with partners and supporting the company’s future growth plans across the region.

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal bin Sultan Al Qassimi, Chairman of HMH, noted that Haytham has played a pivotal role in the company’s development and progress.

His extensive operational expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence make him well-suited to support HMH’s long-term objectives.

Haytham’s journey with HMH began in 2014 and has included key leadership roles such as Executive Assistant Manager at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, General Manager at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, and Acting Cluster General Manager overseeing both properties.

Bringing over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including senior positions with global hotel brands, he is widely respected for his ability to drive strong results.

His emphasis on enhancing operational performance and ensuring smooth entry into new markets will remain central as HMH pursues broader regional expansion.

His appointment reflects HMH’s broader commitment to fostering leadership from within and supporting a culture of innovation and high performance.
