Reynaers Middle East completes World Heart Hotel and Mall in Baghdad

IRAQ – Reynaers Middle East, a leading provider of international aluminium solutions, has successfully completed the World Heart Hotel and Mall in Baghdad, featuring a striking panoramic design, offering breathtaking views of the Iraqi capital.

The World Heart Hotel, Baghdad’s first luxury five-star hotel, redefines hospitality in the region with its blend of opulence and modern design.

The property comprises 320 keys, including 285 elegantly designed hotel rooms, 35 upscale suites, and 54 luxury apartments, ensuring an exceptional stay for every guest.

Complementing its lavish accommodations, the hotel features a state-of-the-art convention palace, equipped with a 240-seat auditorium, two grand ballrooms, and multiple technologically advanced meeting rooms.

Guests can also indulge in world-class dining across several renowned restaurants, while a 150-unit shopping mall enhances the experience with top international brands, catering to both visitors and residents.

Developed through a collaboration with Alumex Aluminium, Reynaers’ authorized fabricator in Iraq, the World Heart Hotel and Mall exemplifies architectural excellence and innovation.

The project incorporates Reynaers’ cutting-edge aluminium solutions, including the ConceptWall 50 (CW50), EcoSystem 50 (ES50) windows, and Concept Patio 130 (CP130) sliding system.

These systems enhance the building’s performance, providing design flexibility and an aesthetic appeal that complements Baghdad’s evolving skyline.

The CW50, a versatile curtain wall facade and roof system, not only accelerates construction but also ensures remarkable design freedom and superior thermal efficiency, contributing to the project’s sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Meanwhile, the ES50 windows and doors combine sleek, minimalist aesthetics with high energy efficiency, featuring concealed hinges that enhance the hotel’s modern aesthetic while supporting sustainable architecture in Iraq.

Additionally, the CP130 sliding system offers a premium lift-and-slide solution, delivering both functionality and elegance.
