SCOTLAND – IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh, its first property in Scotland. Developed in partnership with Palm Holdings, the 195-room hotel is set to open in late 2025, offering a balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability for travelers.

Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh is set to provide guests with a seamless balance of comfort and practicality, emphasizing essential amenities that enhance every stay.

From restful accommodations to 24/7 snacks available in the Bar/To Go café and a satisfying breakfast to start the day, the hotel is designed to prioritize guest convenience and efficiency.

Strategically positioned opposite Haymarket Station, the hotel benefits from direct access to Edinburgh’s extensive public transport network, making it an attractive option for both business and leisure travelers.

The vibrant Haymarket district offers a mix of dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences, particularly appealing to visitors eager to explore the city’s dynamic West End.

For business travelers, the hotel’s proximity to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) ensures seamless access to major events and industry gatherings, reinforcing its appeal as a hub for both work and leisure.

Beyond its focus on high-quality service, the hotel is deeply committed to social responsibility. It has a longstanding partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council and Bethany Trust, providing temporary accommodation during times of need.

Additionally, as part of an initiative aligned with IHG’s multi-year partnership to combat global hunger and food insecurity, the hotel will donate £1 for every guest stay to Action Against Hunger for a limited period.
