The alliance will introduce high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective housekeeping solutions to hotels, resorts, and serviced residences across the kingdom.
BAHRAIN – Gulf Hotels Group (GHG) has partnered with UAE-based MFive Services in a joint venture to provide high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective housekeeping solutions for Bahrain’s hotels, resorts, and serviced residences, leveraging GHG’s market expertise and MFive’s specialized services.
The strategic partnership between Gulf Hotels Group (GHG) and MFive Services aims to transform outsourced housekeeping in Bahrain.
Formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by GHG chief executive Ahmed Janahi and MFive chief executive Max Baer, the alliance will introduce high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective housekeeping solutions to hotels, resorts, and serviced residences across the kingdom.
GHG’s expansion into hospitality cleaning aligns with its strategy to enhance operational efficiencies, optimize costs, and elevate service standards.
The collaboration combines GHG’s extensive market expertise with MFive’s specialized services, creating a scalable model that can be expanded across the GCC.
MFive, founded in the UAE in 2010, services over 60 hotels, including major international brands.
Its recent acquisition of a 50% stake by Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company has strengthened its position for regional growth.
By leveraging GHG’s hospitality network and operational excellence, MFive aims to set new benchmarks for outsourced housekeeping in Bahrain and beyond.
This partnership is part of GHG’s broader expansion strategy, which also includes ventures in the dining sector.
In November last year, the group announced the launch of new restaurant branches at Time Out Market Bahrain, which opened at the end of the year at City Centre Bahrain.
This initiative reflects GHG’s commitment to delivering diverse and original dining experiences, reinforcing its leadership in Bahrain’s culinary landscape.
The group introduced three new restaurant concepts, each designed to offer a unique dining experience.
Doña by Margarita Mexicana builds on the success of the well-established Margarita Mexicana brand, first launched at Gulf Hotel Bahrain in 2009.
Zen by China Garden presents a selection of Cantonese, Sichuan, and Peking cuisine, with dishes curated by a team of skilled Chinese chefs led by Chef Wang.
Through strategic partnerships and innovative expansions, GHG continues to strengthen its presence in Bahrain’s hospitality sector.
By combining expertise in both housekeeping and dining, the group is enhancing service quality while catering to residents and visitors with high-end experiences.
As GHG moves forward, its focus remains on elevating hospitality standards and reinforcing Bahrain’s position as a premier destination.
