EGYPT – Badreldin Group has partnered with IHG to develop West Cairo’s tallest towers, rising 150 meters with 40 storeys, featuring a mix of hospitality, residential, and commercial spaces, along with premium amenities including concierge services, wellness facilities, co-working areas, and a vibrant retail and F&B podium.

Badreldin Group has launched a new phase of its flagship 205 project in West Cairo, coinciding with its 50th anniversary in the Egyptian real estate market.

Designed as a dynamic hub for residents and businesses, 205 features high-end serviced residences, world-class hotels managed by InterContinental by IHG Hotels, and property management by Savills Egypt.

The project also includes a financial district, a cutting-edge medical park led by Al Safa Hospital, and the Canal Walk Residence neighborhood.

A key highlight of the latest phase is the construction of three high-rise towers that are set to redefine West Cairo’s skyline and introduce a new benchmark for architectural innovation in Egypt.

These towers will incorporate hospitality, residential, and office spaces, complemented by world-class amenities such as concierge services, conference rooms, co-working spaces, health and wellness facilities, and a dynamic podium with retail and F&B outlets.

Marking this milestone, the launch event featured a performance by international soprano Fatma Said, accompanied by conductor Marcus Merkel, and curated by RMC.

The event reflected the group’s commitment to blending art, culture, and innovation into its vision for the future.

Arkan Palm Developments, a subsidiary of Badreldin Group, has emerged as a leading mixed-use real estate developer in Egypt.

Its flagship destination, Arkan Plaza, serves as a commercial and social hub in Sheikh Zayed, redefining business, dining, and lifestyle experiences in West Cairo.

He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to creating spaces that uplift communities and drive business success while setting new standards for urban excellence.

Looking ahead, Badreldin Group aims to further solidify its legacy in the real estate sector through developments that emphasize innovation, sustainability, and community well-being.
